Responsibilities

• Assist projects that evaluate or integrate AI, automation, or data-driven tools to improve efficiency, quality, or user experience.
• Research emerging technology trends and identify practical, responsible use cases for AI-enabled solutions in financial services.
• Operate standard office equipment and required software applications; learn new technologies including AI-enabled tools.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within a team and with customers; provide high level customer service.
