Job summary

VeeRteq Solutions seeks a Senior AI & Data Engineering Consultant in Irving, TX to design AI-powered IDP solutions for contracts and invoices. You will architect data pipelines, medallion architecture, and multi-agent workflows using Databricks, Spark, SQL, Python, and Azure/OpenAI tools.

You’ll lead AI agent development, RAG-based retrieval, and AI validation, while coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders. Hybrid work supports three days on-site.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or higher in a technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in AI, data engineering or related areas.
• Strong hands-on with Databricks, Spark, SQL and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered contract and invoice extraction solutions.
• Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and medallion data architecture.
• Develop multi-agent workflows and RAG-based document processing.

Role: Senior AI & Data Engineering Consultant

Seeking a Senior AI & Data Engineering Consultant to design and implement AI-powered Contract & Invoice Extraction solutions using Databricks, Azure OpenAI, OCR, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks to automate intelligent document processing and enterprise workflow automation to join our team in Irving, TX.

Experience: - Min 8+ Years

Location: - Irving, TX (Hybrid 3 days Work from Office)

Educational Qualifications: -

Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.

Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory skills

Data Engineering Design and develop scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and SQL. Build data ingestion frameworks for structured and unstructured documents. Develop data quality, reconciliation, and validation frameworks.

Design medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) for document processing workflows. Implement metadata management and lineage tracking. Gen AI & Agentic AI Build Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions using LLMs.

Develop AI agents to perform: Contract clause extraction Invoice validation Payment term identification Business rule evaluation Exception handling workflows Implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions. Design multi-agent workflows using Microsoft Agentic Framework, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel or similar.

Develop prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks. Build human-in-the-loop review workflows. OCR & Document Intelligence Integrate OCR platforms such as: Azure AI Document Intelligence Azure OCR AWS Textract Google Document AI ABBYY Extract: Vendor information Invoice details PO details Payment schedules Contract clauses Pricing schedules Improve extraction accuracy through AI-assisted validation.

Stakeholder Management Work closely with business SMEs and invoicing teams. Conduct requirement workshops. Present solution architecture and implementation progress to stakeholders.
