The role emphasizes collaboration with data scientists and engineers, cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure/GCP), and implementing CI/CD for ML workflows. A degree in CS or engineering and hands-on cloud and container experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in data engineering, MLOps, or related AI/ML context.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data/ML services.
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data warehousing.
• Experience with Airflow for data pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for AI/ML apps.
• Implement and manage MLOps for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle.
• Develop CI/CD workflows for ML models.
• Manage cloud infra for AI/ML workloads (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for data science teams.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to productionize models.
• Monitor models for performance, drift, and retraining needs.
• Provide infrastructure for model training and serving.
• Contribute to data governance and security policies.
• Stay up-to-date with data engineering and MLOps best practices.
