Job summary

HANWHA POWER US LLC in Jupiter, FL is seeking a Senior Data Context Engineer to design, build, and manage the enterprise data foundation powering AI, analytics, and cloud-based applications.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to ingest data from SaaS, AWS, and on-prem systems into a secure data ecosystem, develop data context models, and enable trusted, scalable data for dashboards and AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and data platforms.
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices.
• Ability to design data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise data context models to support AI and analytics.
• Integrate data from SaaS applications into AWS data platforms.
• Develop scalable data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines using AWS services.
• Manage data in Amazon S3 as the centralized data lake.
• Prepare datasets for dashboards and analytics in Amazon QuickSight.
• Support AI initiatives with data preparation for Bedrock, RAG, and LLMs.
• Build metadata, lineage, glossaries, taxonomies, and data catalogs.
• Implement data quality controls and governance across systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard new SaaS apps and APIs.
