Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex, multi-discipline Data Center and Advanced Technology programs, guiding execution from planning through construction.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and client relationships, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence with a strong safety and quality focus.

This role supports a hybrid work model across the U.S., with base compensation in the stated range and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 5–12 years of progressive PM experience on industrial or technically complex facility programs.
• Minimum 2 years PM on Data Center, Advanced Technology, or Semiconductor projects.
• Proficiency in P6 or MS Project, cost tracking systems, and EV reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the project management plan scope, schedule, budget, fee forecasting, contract administration, and risk register.
• Manage engineering fee budgets and subcontract scopes; track earned value, cost‑at‑completion, and variance monthly.
• Lead project schedule development in P6 or MS Project; drive critical path and recovery planning across milestones.
• Coordinate multi‑discipline teams from concept through construction administration; chair weekly coordination and BIM meetings.
• Interface with owner/operator teams on design criteria and program reporting.
