Ideal candidates bring 5–12 years of PM experience in industrial or technically complex facilities, proficiency in P6/MS Project, and professional credentials like PMP, PE, or RA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or architecture or equivalent experience.
• 5–12 years of progressive project management experience on industrial facilities.
• PM on Data Center/Advanced Technology/ Semiconductor projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the project management plan scope, schedule, budget, fee forecasting, contract admin, and risk register.
• Coordinate multi-discipline engineering teams from concept to construction.
• Manage client relationships, dashboards, and issue escalation.
• Lead schedule development and critical path analysis across milestones.
• Enforce quality, safety, and design reviews per Jacobs standards.
