Nicky Andre Technology Service in Kentucky is seeking a data-focused analyst to translate client data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio, and prototype LLM-powered assistants with guardrails.

You'll work with identity logs, ticket queues, and cloud spend, and explain findings to business owners in plain English and to engineers in SQL.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data analysis, BI or applied ML.
• Strong SQL and Python (pandas).
• Hands-on experience with an LLM API in a real workflow.
• A portfolio or examples of dashboards and analyses you have shipped.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Turn client data and security telemetry into decisions, and put large language models to work safely inside small businesses: analytics, reporting, and agents that respect identity and data boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Model and analyse client data: identity logs, ticket queues, cloud spend, sales pipelines

Requirements
