Job summary

Cornerstone Defense is seeking a Data & AI Champion to support the CAIO/CDO for an ODNI-focused program in Bethesda, MD. The role emphasizes task management, workforce upskilling, and advancing AI and data practices within government customers.

The ideal candidate holds TS/SCI with poly, a relevant degree and extensive experience, and excels in coordinating teams, delivering high-quality work, and communicating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Poly is Required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong task management and organizational skills.
• Familiar with AI and Data concepts and LLMs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and coordinating team tasking, ensuring work products are high-quality and presentation-ready for government stakeholders.
• Track progress, prioritize tasks, and meet CAIO/CDO objectives.
• Support and champion the design and implementation of plans to upskill the customer workforce on AI and Data capabilities.
• Research and recommend training resources, learning opportunities, and strategies for technical skill enhancement.
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategies to facilitate workforce adoption of AI tools and Data practices.
• Collaborate with government customers and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with customer mission needs.
• Prepare briefings, updates, and documentation for customer leadership.
