Job summary

Sonata Software in Walnut Creek, CA seeks a Technical Architect for AI Copilot to own the solution architecture for Copilot agents and drive platform standards and governance. You will guide offshore engineers, lead front-end technical discussions with leadership, and ensure a cloud-ready architecture that integrates with the customer's environment.

This onsite role requires strong Azure background, excellent customer-facing communication, and the ability to establish patterns for security

Qualifications

• Proven Copilot agent development on Copilot Studio with topics, actions, connectors, and governance.
• Cloud architect background with Azure application architecture experience (AWS a strong plus).
• Strong customer-facing communication and ability to work independently onsite.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution architecture for Copilot agents, including governance and platform standards.
• Guide offshore engineers, set technical direction and quality bar.
• Lead front-end technical discussions with leadership and ensure continuity onsite.
• Ensure cloud-ready platform architecture integrates with customer environments.
