Position Overview

We are seeking AI Dialogue Analysts and Linguistic Specialists to join our dynamic team. The selected candidates will work as computational linguists to translate, analyze, localize, and proofread data for large‑scale AI projects. AI Conversational Linguists will work closely with the project manager to deliver high‑quality, linguistically accurate material in the target language to our main client's R&D institute in Poland.

Responsibilities

Translate, proofread, analyze and edit content into target language with proper linguistic tone, flow, and cultural nuance.
Improve AI agent responses by analyzing and providing detailed feedback to ensure data is linguistically accurate, culturally relevant, and functionally accurate.
Evaluate and refine AI‑generated utterances to improve clarity, usability, and overall interaction quality.
Create and manage style guides and glossaries to maintain linguistic quality of the target language.
Deliver projects on time while upholding the highest standards of quality and precision.

Qualifications

Fluent and proficient in spoken and written business English.
