Globik AI seeks AI Harmful Content Evaluation Specialists to identify, classify, and rate potentially harmful content generated by AI models. You will assess severity, category, and context of flagged outputs to support model safety improvements.

Responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated content, classifying harm categories, rating severity, distinguishing harmful content from educational or fictional contexts, and documenting rationale for each decision.

• Review AI-generated content flagged as potentially harmful.
• Classify content by harm category (violence, self-harm, hate, misinformation, etc.).
• Rate severity of harmful content according to project rubric.
• Distinguish harmful content from legitimate educational or fictional context.
• Document rationale for each classification decision.
• Escalate severe or urgent cases per established protocol.
• Maintain consistent judgment across large, varied content sets.
• Follow the assigned harm taxonomy precisely.
• Access to wellbeing resources is provided given the sensitive nature of the content.
• Participate in mandatory calibration sessions.
• Regular quality audits will be conducted on submitted evaluations.
• A reliable internet connection and computer are required.
