Job summary

YO IT Consulting is seeking a Copywriting & Content SME for a remote, hourly contractor role. You will review AI-generated outputs and create expert copy, evaluating accuracy, brand fit, tone, and writing decisions while providing precise feedback and rationale.

You will assess solutions for clarity, structure, persuasion, and compliance risk; write high-quality explanations and model outputs; and rate responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
• 5+ years of copywriting or content writing experience.
• Strong command of brand voice and audience-aware writing.
• Ability to improve clarity, structure, persuasion, and consistency.
• Spot and correct factual errors and potential compliance issues.
• Familiarity with formats: landing pages, emails, blogs, ads, social posts, scripts.
• C1 English proficiency; reliable, self-directed in hourly remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts and gold-standard copy across formats to guide AI learning.
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses to improve clarity, tone, and factual reliability.
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test AI outputs for inaccuracies, bias, and brand-risk issues; validate reliability across use cases.
