Job summary

PCL Constructors Inc. is seeking an AI Construction Specialist in Tempe, AZ or Tampa, FL to identify, implement and scale AI solutions that improve workflows and decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational impact and deliver measurable results.

The role requires 3-5 years of related experience, fluency with AI-enabled tools, and strong communication and analytical skills. Relocation to Tempe or Tampa may be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in information management, information technology, business administration, computing science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI-enabled tools; experience applying these tools in business contexts is an asset.
• Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of how AI solutions support operational workflows and outcomes.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts and support data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of business process mapping and requirements documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret information and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Working with cross-functional teams to identify and apply AI solutions to operational workflows and processes.
• Analyzing workflows to define problems and identify and prioritize AI use cases based on value, impact, feasibility, and risk.
• Coordinating AI solutions by documenting requirements and supporting design, configuration, and rollout with cross-functional teams.
• Contributing to business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation plans.
• Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitoring usage and performance of AI-enabled tools to identify improvement opportunities.
• Helping build user confidence and capability with AI-enabled tools through training, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Staying informed on emerging AI technologies and contributing to the evaluation and recommendation of tools and platforms.

The estimated salary range for this role is $74,000 - $120,000, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.

Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Tempe, AZ or Tampa, FL, to be considered for this role.
