Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Software Engineering Reviewer to assess AI-generated code, design realistic engineering challenges, review solutions, and help improve AI-driven development workflows.

You will review AI outputs, create tasks based on real-world scenarios, compare results, develop test cases and rubrics, and provide detailed feedback on code quality, correctness, and maintainability. Remote work accepted.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Git, testing frameworks, and debugging tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Preferred background in Docker, CI/CD or cloud-based development.
• Frontend, backend, mobile, or full-stack development backgrounds.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code, bug fixes, refactors, and technical solutions
• Create realistic software engineering tasks based on real-world development scenarios
• Compare AI-generated outputs and identify strengths, weaknesses, and edge cases
• Develop test cases, evaluation rubrics, and quality standards
• Provide detailed feedback on code quality, correctness, and maintainability
