Outlier seeks QA Coders to join a remote program that trains AI models to generate, debug, and evaluate code. You'll review AI-generated code, flag issues, and provide structured feedback to improve model quality.

Ideal candidates hold a CS degree, have experience contributing to production code, and communicate clearly in English. Flexible remote work from multiple Latin American and international locations is supported, with competitive hourly pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase ideally for a technology company.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions.
• Write clear, well-structured prompts to challenge AI models.
