Job summary

Google seeks a Product & Business Strategy Leader to drive localization and AI-enabled workflows across Google Cloud web properties from Kirkland, WA. You will partner with engineers, product and marketing teams, and external agencies to optimize speed-to-market and impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in project management, web/digital localization, or product marketing management.
  • Experience managing localization programs for web properties and marketing campaigns, with focus on process re-engineering and automation.
  • Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing a team of program or project managers.
  • Experience building or implementing AI tools, specifically using Large Language Models (LLMs), API integrations, or enterprise AI platforms to design and deploy custom agents that automate business workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Redesign campaign development and localization workflows to boost speed-to-market.
  • Build custom Gemini Enterprise agents to automate intake queues, web scraping, and issue triage.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and external agencies to manage end-to-end localization for Google Cloud web properties within quality, timeline, and capacity bounds.
  • Drive cross-functional efforts to elevate user experience and meet key goals, leveraging site analytics and user behavior insights to optimize performance while mitigating operational risks.
  • Lead cross-team alignment with stakeholders and vendors; establish best practices for AI adoption and workflow automation.

Job description

In accordance with Washington state law, we are highlighting our comprehensive benefits package, which is available to all eligible US based employees. Benefits for this role include:

  • Paid Time Off: 20 days of vacation per year, accruing at a rate of 6.15 hours per pay period for the first five years of employment
  • Sick Time: 40 hours/year (increased to 69 hours/year for Seattle) including 5 discretionary sick days per instance
  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year

Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing a team of program or project managers.

Preferred qualifications
  • Experience in localization strategy, including internationalization best practices and emerging industry trends, specifically the application of AI in translation and content adaptation.
  • Experience working with global and cross-functional internal and external teams, including executive stakeholders.
  • Experience setting and achieving strategic goals or Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Experience with tools like Buganizer, Asana, and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise or similar AI ecosystem tools.
  • Ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable team plans and priorities.

US: $126000 - $180000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
