Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of hands-on CAD experience, 4+ years in CAD automation/customization.
• Deep AI/ML, optimization, or generative techniques applied to engineering/CAD problems.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop AI-enabled CAD automation across the engineering lifecycle.
• Apply ML, generative AI, and optimization to improve CAD automation beyond scripting.
• Lead AI-based initiatives and engage with product and IT teams.
