Job description

Position Purpose: Learn about various processes and functions within the Managed Care industry and develop professionally by contributing to projects that support the business. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT.

Job Duties: Identify strategic healthcare and business gaps where AI can create value, and help design practical AI-driven solutions for business leaders without technical backgrounds. Research, build, and showcase solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio while tracking emerging technologies and AI capabilities. Analyze information, document findings, and prepare clear presentations that communicate solution value to business and healthcare stakeholders. Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects. Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry. Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.

Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.

Pay Range: $18-26/hour
