Brillio seeks an experienced AI solutions architect to engage health payor and provider stakeholders, translating complex processes into scalable AI opportunities. You will lead end-to-end prototype development, from prompt design to lightweight interfaces, ensuring governance and HIPAA alignment.

With 8+ years in healthcare workflows, you will deliver ROI-focused AI applications using LangChain, LangGraph, and other agentic tools, while communicating value to executives and steering committees.

Competenze

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in health insurance operations or health system clinical workflows.
• Proficient with Claude API including prompt engineering and tool use.
• Ability to ship full-stack AI applications with LLMs, RAG, and REST APIs.
• Proven ability to turn business conversations into AI prototypes quickly.
• Ability to communicate AI value, costs, and next steps to executives.
• Experience in executive briefings, steering committees, and client meetings.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into scoped AI opportunities.

• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (preferred).

Description:

• Engage healthcare business stakeholders to identify ambiguous, high-value problems and translate them into scoped AI opportunities.
• Map end-to-end processes, identify opportunities to reduce friction, cost, and decision time, and develop ROI estimates and success criteria.
• Design and build rapid AI prototypes using Claude and a modern full-stack AI development stack.
• Develop end-to-end AI applications using LLM orchestration, RAG, agentic workflows, REST APIs, data pipelines, and lightweight user interfaces.
• Own technical architecture from prompt design through user interface and communicate design decisions to business and engineering audiences.
• Iterate on solutions using field feedback and progress prototypes toward production-grade quality.
• Partner with AI Governance teams to harden prototypes for enterprise deployment using responsible AI practices, HIPAA compliance, audit logging, and model monitoring.
• Document solutions for handoff and maintenance, and contribute reusable patterns to Brillio's AI accelerator library.
• Participate in client sprint reviews, steering committees, and executive updates; demonstrate progress through live software demos.
• Develop deep knowledge of client healthcare workflows, data, regulations, and business priorities while serving as a trusted AI advisor.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of direct, hands-on experience in health insurance operations or health system clinical and operational workflows.
• Demonstrated proficiency building applications with the Claude API, including prompt engineering, tool use, and agentic patterns.
• Ability to independently build and ship full-stack AI applications with LLM integration, RAG, agentic orchestration, REST APIs, and lightweight front ends.
• Proven ability to turn business conversations into working AI prototypes within days.
• Ability to communicate AI solutions, business value, costs, and next steps clearly to healthcare executives.
• Experience participating in executive briefings, steering committees, and client business-rhythm meetings.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into scoped AI opportunities with defined inputs, outputs, and success criteria.
• Quantitative ability to create credible ROI cases for time savings, cost reduction, or revenue protection.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent (preferred).
• Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations including HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT, HIPAA, CMS, and FDA digital health guidance (preferred).
