Job summary

Latch is pioneering benchmarks for AI-driven biological analysis. The role focuses on advancing AI reasoning in immunology by building realistic benchmarks from authentic workflows and contributing datasets used to validate analytical and interpretive abilities of agents.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or PhD in immunology or related field with several years of research, and is proficient in Python or R for data analysis or experimental design.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Immunology, Cell Biology, Bioengineering, or related field, plus 3+ years of research experience.
• Deep expertise in an immunology subdomain (e.g., immune cell biology, signaling, vaccines, cancer immunology, or inflammation).
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for biological data analysis, or expert-level experimental/methods design.

Compensation & Logistics:

• Pay is $140K-$180K OTE with no ceiling, paid based on quota attainment with full OTE during ramp.
• Fully remote is fine; onsite is preferred at the Mission Bay waterfront office with catered meals and snacks.
