Job summary

State Street is seeking an experienced AI Compliance & Automation Lead to modernize and scale its Cyber Application Compliance Program through AI, ML, automation, and analytics.

You will design AI-enabled solutions to improve monitoring, risk detection, evidence collection, and regulatory alignment across the enterprise application portfolio. Strong coding, financial services experience, and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in AI, analytics, automation or related tech disciplines.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, compliance, governance, or regulated tech environments.
• Experience building enterprise AI solutions and production-grade automation.
• Strong coding proficiency across modern languages.
• Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise governance tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption across the Cyber Application Compliance Program.
• Design AI-driven automation to improve compliance operations and regulatory reporting.
• Develop AI-assisted monitoring to identify deficiencies and emerging risks.
• Build scalable data pipelines and integration across governance platforms and security tooling.
• Create AI dashboards, KRIs, and predictive reporting for executives.
