Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. seeks a software engineering professional to build and automate Claude Skills/Plugins for Strategy, Portfolio and Governance.

You will connect Claude to enterprise systems (Workday, ServiceNow, SharePoint) and ensure robust data workflows with RBAC and governance controls. You will register MCP servers, publish tools, and collaborate with the executive team to translate evolving needs into repeatable automation, while maintaining thorough documentation

Qualifications

• Proficient in Python and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with Claude Code or comparable agentic coding tools.
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and deploying MCP servers.
• Experience integrating with enterprise SaaS APIs (Workday, ServiceNow, M365, SharePoint, Jira/Confluence, Slack).
• Strong discretion handling confidential material and ability to operate on sensitive data.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain Claude Skills/Plugins for Strategy, Portfolio and Governance reporting.
• Automate data pulls from Workday, ServiceNow, CW spreadsheets, SharePoint into standardized reports with checks.
• Register MCP servers and integrate Claude tooling with enterprise systems via MCP Hub.
• Certify and publish skills/plugins meeting taxonomy, metadata and CI requirements.
• Apply RBAC and data-handling guardrails to keep sensitive information secure.
• Collaborate with executive office to translate needs into repeatable automation.
• Maintain documentation for each skill/plugin and provide day-two support.
