Job summary

Foley Equipment seeks an AI & Automation Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support AI agents, RAG pipelines, and automation on approved platforms. You will convert prioritized use cases into secure, production-ready solutions and create reusable knowledge layers under the Senior Manager of Infrastructure and AI.

The role requires weekly in-person attendance at Foley Equipment offices with a partial work-from-home option; fully remote is not available. Kansas City or Park City preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
• Three years of proven experience in application development, automation, data, or related information technology work, including one year building production generative AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure Foundry.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents in Copilot Studio and Foundry.
• Develop Power Platform components behind AI use cases: flows, Dataverse models, apps, AI Builder prompts, and Teams reviews.
• Integrate agents and flows with ERP, CRM, data platform, and Microsoft 365 via connectors and APIs.
• Move prototypes into production with ALM, packaging, release validation; assist with cost evaluation.
• Write supporting code (Python, PowerShell, C#, JSON) when low-code falls short.
