• Architect and implement systems infrastructure for client services with reliability, scalability, and security.
• Define and track metrics to measure AI and systems ROI and business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to instrument data capture for actionable insights.
• Lead integration across Rudderstack, Salesforce, Gainsight, Avaamo, and Staircase AI for seamless workflows.
• Design, deploy, and maintain AI-driven solutions for support automation and customer health scoring.
• Build scalable AI-powered systems and pipelines enabling real-time insights and proactive interventions.
