Job summary

HireOn Tech in NY/NJ is seeking an AI Architect (Agentic AI / RAG) to lead end-to-end design of agent-based systems, including retrieval pipelines and multi-agent orchestration. The role requires hands-on review across cloud platforms and alignment with enterprise security patterns.

You will own architecture, chair design forums, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, governance-driven AI solutions for enterprise use cases across AWS and GCP.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in AI architecture and security patterns.
• Experience leading agent-based design and governance in enterprise environments.
• Experience with retrieval pipelines, prompt engineering, and knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities

• Lead agentic AI architecture and patterns end-to-end.
• Build supervisor, intake, and data-source level agents; design retrieval pipelines.
• Coordinate design-to-code reviews and testing; govern enterprise standards.
• Chair architecture review forums and align with stakeholders across teams.

Role: AI Architect (Agentic AI / RAG)

• Agentic AI architecture; spec-driven development; agent harness design and evaluation; multi-agent orchestration patterns; Retrieval-Augmented Reasoning; semantic enrichment and knowledge graph integration; prompt engineering; identity-as-code and policy-as-code; design-time and runtime governance; cloud platforms (AWS and GCP); enterprise security architecture patterns.
• End-to-end agentic AI architecture, design-to-code conversion, security-platform architecture patterns, hands-on review across AWS and GCP, alignment with enterprise standards.
• Build the supervisor, intake, and data-source-level agents; implement React-pattern reasoning loops; design and tune the retrieval pipeline; lead prompt and evaluation engineering.
• Own architecture and diagrams; collaborate closely within the Altimetrik side; pair with S&P Global’s designated technical stakeholders on design decisions; oversee design-to-code conversion and testing; chair architecture review forums.
