Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in AI architecture and enterprise-scale software delivery.
• Strong communication and leadership skills in technical environments.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end AI architecture across products and platforms.
• Translate business and product requirements into scalable AI system designs.
• Guide teams on responsible, explainable, and compliant AI implementation.
• Define integration patterns between AI models, data platforms, and applications.
• Review and approve technical designs to ensure performance and security.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and strategy teams on AI roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across AI initiatives.

Skills

Completed university degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a comparable field

8+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale software or AI-driven systems

Strong expertise in AI architecture, model selection, and system integration

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)

Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy (GDPR, enterprise compliance)

Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI lifecycle management

Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills

Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
