What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills, practical AI development experience, and curiosity about business problems.
You should be comfortable discussing applications you have built, including:
- The business problem you were solving.
- Why you selected a particular model or architecture.
- How you prepared, integrated, and secured the data.
- How you evaluated accuracy, reliability, and performance.
- How you deployed or moved the solution toward production.
- What you learned and would improve in a future iteration.
We value demonstrated ability to build and deploy useful solutions. A research background or Ph.D. is not required.
