Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of ML model architecture and design, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, and time-series forecasting.
• Expert-level understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing, with leadership experience in building enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Proven ability to set clear expectations, monitor deliverables, and hold team members accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and data engineers, holding them accountable for deliverable quality and timeliness.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by proactively communicating progress, risks, and trade-offs.
• Architect scalable data pipelines and establish engineering standards for ETL/ELT processes.
