Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an AI Analytics Solutions Manager within Cybersecurity Technology & Controls. The role focuses on advancing AI, ML, and data science initiatives, from experimentation to production, with a strong emphasis on scalability and security.

You will lead design, development, and deployment of AI models, collaborate across teams, and help translate complex concepts into actionable documentation and guidance for risk-aware AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of AI/ML development and application knowledge with a STEM degree.
• Strong understanding of GenAI and LLM technologies and their applications.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Proficiency in Python or R for AI/ML model development/deployment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced, AI Analytics Solutions Manager within JPMorgan Chase in Cybersecurity Technology & Controls. You will contribute to our AI development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in (AI) artificial intelligence, (ML) machine learning, and data science, with a proven track record of leveraging popular AI products and services to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive AI initiatives that are innovative and align to our Technology Risk and Resiliency Goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands on coding to bring the experimental results into production solutions by collaborating with engineering team.
• Owning end to end code development for both proof of concept/experimentation and production-ready solutions.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Obtain 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development and application knowledge with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence,Computer Science, Engineering, or similar STEM discipline.
• Strong understanding of GenAI and LLM technologies and their applications.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
• Proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services such as AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, or Microsoft Azure AI.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for AI/ML model development/deployment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and presentations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to AI/ML application.
• Hands-on knowledge of Chain-of-Thoughts, Tree-of-Thoughts, Graph-of-Thoughts prompting strategies.
• Cloud computing: Amazon Web Service, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, DataBricks, Snowflakes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.
• Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Experience in deploying AI models in production environments.
• Experience in implementing technology risk controls and business continuity planning.
