Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, including AI/ML.
• At least one AI system shipped to production end-to-end.
• Experience designing evals for AI systems.
• Strong data engineering experience, particularly with SQL.
• Proven track record in project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Write code, design systems, and lead small engineering teams.
• Set technical direction for AI-driven analytics.
• Create evaluations and telemetry for AI features.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from spec to GA.
• Partner with Product on project scope and tradeoffs.
