Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 2-5 years in data analysis, business analytics, or applied AI/ML, ideally in regulated or security-conscious environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics language (Python or R), plus BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with core ML concepts (classification, regression, NLP, clustering) and basic model evaluation.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance, especially for defense or highly regulated sectors.
  • Ability to translate business problems into analytical questions and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes to identify AI and data opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, and decisions.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data to support AI model development and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to measure AI initiative impact (ROI, risk, outcomes).
  • Run feasibility assessments and proofs-of-concept for AI tools (predictive models, copilots, automation workflows).
  • Document AI use cases, data sources, risks, and controls in line with security and compliance standards.
  • Partner with IT, data engineering, and security to ensure data access and use follow guardrails and policies.
  • Support training and change management with clear documentation, demos, and user guidance.

Summary

Key Responsibilities
