Job summary

EWOR GmbH is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join a new department. You will lead 0-to-1 initiatives in AI, translate strategic vision into concrete roadmaps, and architect scalable solutions to enable rapid growth or a potential spin-off.

Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocation/remote arrangements), you will own end-to-end delivery with a high-agency mindset and communicate in fluent English. Join a high-growth team backed by serial entrepreneurs and equity upside.

• You will architect scalable solutions and drive critical milestones to position the new department for rapid growth and potentially a spin-off to attract institutional backing.

Requirements

• You are based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocate/remote arrangements).
• You have a high-agency builder mindset, with proven domain expertise and the drive to take extreme end-to-end ownership.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
