Job summary

You will design and implement high-quality agent harnesses and simulation tooling to enable cutting-edge agent research. You will join a team of world-class ML researchers and engineers, contributing across the stack from model training to deployment, with work published in top journals and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/EE.
• 2+ years of ML engineering experience with training/inference systems.
• Fluency in Python and clean, well-tested code.
• Experience with distributed ML systems and CI/CD at scale.
• Proficiency with ML modeling frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Track record shipping ML systems end-to-end from data curation to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-quality agent harnesses, simulation systems and tooling for AI agent research.
• Work with world-class ML researchers and engineers to advance AI agent capabilities.
• Contribute to model training, evaluation, deployment and monitoring in production.
