Job summary

Damco Solutions is seeking a Senior/Lead AI Agent Engineer to lead the deployment and operation of AI coding agents in enterprise environments. The role emphasizes security, platform administration, and scalable agent integrations across the SDLC.

You will work with AWS Bedrock, OpenAI Codex, and GitHub Copilot to design and secure coding-agent workflows, ensuring least‑privilege access and robust identity management for both human users and autonomous agents.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or enterprise AI coding platforms.
• Experience with OpenAI Codex or production-grade coding-agent technologies.
• Multiple years building and operating enterprise developer, cloud, or AI/ML platforms.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and deploy enterprise AI coding platforms including OpenAI Codex / Coding Agents.
• Manage and administer enterprise policies, user/group access controls, repository access, tool access and governance.
• Evaluate coding‑agent behavior from functional and platform‑administration perspectives.
• Design MCP servers, scopes and permissions, and secure integrations with enterprise APIs.
• Oversee security boundaries around MCP tools and identity flows for humans and autonomous AI agents.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior/Lead AI Agent Engineer with deep hands‑on expertise in AI coding agents, developer productivity platforms, cloud infrastructure, security, and enterprise‑scale agent administration.

This role will lead the implementation, administration, security validation, operational management, and enterprise adoption of AI‑powered coding‑agent capabilities. The ideal candidate will have proven experience deploying and operating AI coding technologies in production enterprise environments, beyond proof‑of‑concept initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI Coding Agents & Developer AI Platforms

• Implement, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and deploy enterprise AI coding platforms including:
• OpenAI Codex / Coding Agents
• Manage and administer:
• Enterprise and organizational policies
• User/group access controls
• Repository access
• Tool access and governance
• Usage controls and security policies
• Support coding‑agent workflows across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Evaluate coding‑agent behavior from both functional and platform‑administration perspectives.
• Agent configuration and orchestration
• Custom AI coding agents
• GPTs and custom assistants
• Agent tools and integrations
• Plugins, Skills, or extensibility frameworks
• Prompt and instruction architecture

Strong experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), including:

• Building and securing MCP servers
• MCP scopes and permissions
• Authentication and authorization
• Fine‑grained access controls
• Identity propagation
• Credential management
• Secure integration with enterprise APIs and systems
• Least‑privilege access enforcement for AI agents

Experience designing security boundaries around MCP tools is highly preferred.
