Outlier is seeking an OpenClaw Agent Builder freelancer to shape the future of autonomous agents. This remote opportunity offers up to $50 USD/hr with weekly payments and flexible scheduling.

You will help train and optimize multi-step agent workflows, collaborating with AI teams to improve instruction-following, coordination, and system reliability. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of backend/AI automation experience and a track record of delivering production-grade software in live environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend/AI automation experience.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience with live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to give high-density technical feedback on system behavior.
