Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 2 in Irving, TX to contribute to requirements elicitation, facilitate design discussions, and implement new features while maintaining system stability.

The role involves code integration, reviews, testing, and crafting training materials to ensure a smooth transition to new software. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate updates while maintaining system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, modify codebase, and manage repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training materials, documentation, and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive measures to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.
