Job summary

Engineering & Computer Simulations Inc. seeks an experienced flight simulator instructor/IO for Orlando, FL. The role focuses on coordinating simulator scheduling, delivering instruction, and ensuring readiness per military aviation standards.

You will lead training programs, perform evaluations, and prepare operational reports while coordinating with host nation units and U.S. government publications. Strong leadership and mission-planning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Significant military experience.
• 3 years of AH-64E LCT I/O/P experience.
• IOS experience.
• 10 years' experience with supervisory and program management, managing large groups, and simulation industry.
• Good writing, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal management and customer management.
• Ability to plan and manage schedules and staffing plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain liaison with aviation customers to coordinate simulator scheduling and training.
• Prepare simulator flight hour utilization and scheduling reports and submit within five working days after month end.
• Support briefings and demonstrations of simulators for host nation.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections of the simulator and perform maintenance checks as required.
• Track flight hours and maintain records per regulations and unit requirements.
• Develop SOPs describing qualifications, responsibilities, and procedures for training and evaluation.
