Job summary

Amazon's Central Valley fulfillment center is seeking an AGV Mechanical Technician. You will focus on the mechanical aspects of robotic transport vehicles, replacing drive wheels and casters, servicing steering mechanisms, and maintaining chassis and bumper assemblies.

You will ensure each vehicle meets fleet standards and follow standardized repair procedures while handling lifting of components as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Wheel and bearing replacement skills.
• Understanding of steering mechanisms and chassis components.
• Ability to follow standardized repair procedures.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver vehicle components.

Responsibilities

• Replace drive wheels and casters on AGV robots.
• Service steering mechanisms and maintain chassis and bumper assemblies.
