Job summary

Pride Ag in Montezuma, KS is seeking an Operations Technician to support day-to-day site operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards. The role collaborates with the Agronomy department to maintain equipment and assist customers with inquiries.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, safety compliance, basic equipment maintenance, and contributing to a safe, efficient facility environment. CDL A and HazMat are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Kansas driver’s license.
• CDL Class A and HAZMAT endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Agronomy Operations Technician supports the day-to-day operations of the assigned location. This role helps ensure operational efficiency, accurate inventory management, and overall facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and product quality
• Follow safety procedures and maintain required maintenance records
• Assist with the repair and maintenance of equipment and rolling stock
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entire location
• Assist customers with questions and provide quality service
• Fill anhydrous tanks in a safe and compliant manner
• If applicable, assist in tire shop operations, including changing tires and lubricating equipment
• Perform other duties as assigned
