Job summary

AgVantage FS is offering an Exploring Agriculture Agronomy Operations Internship for Spring/Summer 2027 at Randalia, IA. You will gain hands-on experience in agronomy operations, assist with equipment and facility maintenance, and build professional relationships with customers and FS locations.

Under location management, you will operate field equipment, apply crop inputs, and learn order/inventory processes while preparing for a career in agriculture within the GROWMARK System.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
• Pursuing a degree or certification relevant to agronomy or agriculture.
• Willingness to travel and operate with safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in agronomy field and operations.
• Assist with facility and equipment maintenance and repair.
• Build professional relationships with FS locations and customers.
• Operate field research and crop monitoring equipment for scouting.
• Apply crop nutrition and crop protection products.
• Learn ordering, receiving and inventory control processes.
