Job summary

CNH Industrial offers a crop production internship designed to immerse students in row crop systems, tillage, and planting research. You will collaborate with our Agronomic Design and Research team and product development teams to gain hands-on experience.

The program runs May–August with full-time hours, and participants are students currently pursuing a relevant degree. Opportunities include mentorship, training, and housing support to develop tomorrow's talent.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as agronomy, soil science, or engineering.
• Interest in field agronomic research and crop production practices.
• Ability to work independently and in teams in a hands-on internship.

Responsibilities

• Collect and enter data from field trials.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting for projects.
• Support agronomic design and research teams during fieldwork.
