Job summary

Mountain View Co-op is seeking a Driver for the Fort Benton agronomy location. You will drive, deliver, and apply MVC agronomy products, with emphasis on safe handling, accurate spraying, and excellent customer service.

You will report to the Agronomy Location Manager and work with multiple MVC divisions. A valid Class A CDL and a strong safety record are required. The role includes weekend shifts during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A CDL issued by the State of Montana.
• Knowledge of MVC products and purposes; ability to operate and troubleshoot basic machinery.
• Familiarity with safety rules and farm equipment maintenance practices.
• Good customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive MVC equipment to haul crops, supplies, or tools.
• Provide custom spraying services for customers.
• Observe and troubleshoot machinery operation and report issues.
• Maintain positive customer interactions and professional conduct.
• Comply with DOT regulations and MVC policies.
