Job summary

Kut and Kill Inc. is seeking an applicator and farmhand to join a full-service agronomy location. You will operate large boom sprayers, perform basic equipment maintenance, and take on related farm tasks during the season.

CDL and KS pesticide licensing support are available for the right candidate. Starting pay ranges from $18–$20/hour with overtime, room for advancement, and the potential for year-end bonuses, with total annual earnings projected from $50,000 to $65,000+ depending on overtime

• Solid background in farming or agronomy.
• Willingness to learn details of the job.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage large self-propelled boom sprayers.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Take on other seasonal duties as needed and adapt to workloads.
