Job summary

Country Visions Cooperative in Readfield, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Agronomy Applicator/Equipment Operator to perform precise fertilizer and crop protection applications using self-propelled equipment. You will use field computers for mapping and record keeping while ensuring timely, accurate deliveries to farms.

The role involves operating and maintaining application equipment, traveling between locations, and collaborating with agronomists.

Qualifications

• Must possess Wisconsin Commercial Pesticide Operators license or be able to obtain one.
• CDL Class A is preferred but not required.
• Clean driving record is required.
• Conscientious attitude and attention to detail are essential.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and crop protection products using self-propelled equipment.
• Operate machines and field computers for accurate applications.
• Make deliveries of liquid and dry fertilizers as needed.
• Perform maintenance on application equipment (CASE, RoGator, RBR).
• Travel between Country Visions locations and customer operations as required.
• Work extra hours during peak seasons and communicate with agronomists.
