• Two or more years of applicable experience in agricultural inspections or related enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections focusing on export certification and shipping point inspections, including nursery inspections as assigned.
• Obtain USDA Accredited Certifying Official accreditation and BIQMS inspector certification within 6 months.
• Perform licensing, inspection, enforcement, and certification activities for USDA phytosanitary certification and commodity grading.
• Maintain program databases and records in compliance with USDA regulations and program requirements.
