Participants will work alongside experts on underwriting tasks, learn crop insurance, and build relationships with clients and leaders across diverse teams. The program emphasizes technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and communication skills while offering professional development and advancement opportunities within the Agriculture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or Agronomy) is required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship now or in the future).
• The program lasts two years and is designed for graduating seniors and early career professionals.

CORE SPECIALTY EARLY CAREERS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM Core Specialty’s Early Career Development Program (ECDP) is a two-year, full-time initiative for graduating seniors and early career professionals. ECDPs work alongside industry experts on daily tasks and projects, build productive relationships, and network with leaders at all levels and diverse teams. Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:

• Learn reinsurance underwriting including developing RapidPro proficiency
• Understand crop insurance

• Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Agriculture such as Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, or Agronomy.
