You'll work alongside experienced sales and agronomy professionals to learn how growers make crop management decisions and how innovative agricultural solutions create value on the farm. Responsibilities may include participating in customer visits and field days, assisting with crop scouting and product evaluations, conducting market and agronomic research, supporting sales planning activities, analyzing field and customer data, helping prepare recommendations and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer success. You'll have the opportunity to share your ideas, contribute innovative solutions, and gain firsthand exposure to the challenges and opportunities facing today's agricultural producers.
