Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking an Applicator to apply herbicides and pesticides to labeled crops and to operate and maintain applicator equipment. The role involves accurate log keeping, reading field maps, and driving a company vehicle in outdoor settings.

The position requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, and willingness to work nights, overtime and some weekends during peak season; CDL or CDL physical may be needed; safety and customer service are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Qualified Applicator Certificate (QAC) is preferred.
• Agricultural background and basic knowledge of pesticides.
• Ability to read field maps and use tractor-mounted field computers.
• CDL physical examination must be passed.
• Able to work without direct supervision; nights/overtime/weekends as needed.
• English reading/writing/speaking required; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Mix pesticides, fertilizers and chemicals for application.
• Maintain logs and reports on applied acres.
• Calibrate and perform maintenance on application equipment.
• Operate company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
