Job summary

Bonipak is seeking a Payroll Supervisor to oversee payroll for permanent, seasonal, hourly, salaried, and piece-rate employees across multiple locations in the agricultural sector.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws, coordinate payroll tax filings, and partner with HR, Operations, and Finance to uphold payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance. CPP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience.
• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting agricultural, farming, ranching, or seasonal workforce environments.
• Experience with high-volume payroll processing and complex wage structures.
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for a multi-location agricultural workforce.
• Review time records, piece-rate earnings, attendance, and payroll adjustments.
• Ensure accurate wage, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and garnishments.
• Audit payroll records for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with policies and laws.
• Generate payroll reports and assist with month-end closing.
