Job summary

The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture seeks a part-time interviewer to support field data collection across the local area.

You will interview farmers in person or by phone, conduct crop counts, and help compile timely information for state programs. Training is provided, and the schedule is flexible with local travel.

Starting wage is $17.75 per hour, including training time, plus 70 cents per mile for travel; background and motor vehicle checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Background and motor vehicle record check required.
• Experience interviewing or field data collection is a plus.
